  • Predominantly inbound calls

  • Customer queries, fault reporting, and escalation

  • Operational task handling and coordination

  • CRM usage and internal system updates

  • Admin support, emails, and basic invoicing

  • Adhering to defined processes and workflows

SA Time Shift Patterns: 9–5 | 5–1 | 1–9

Sales / Appointment Setting

Outbound appointment setting for UK and US campaigns.

  • High-volume outbound cold calling

  • B2B and B2C campaigns

  • Decision-maker conversations (B2B)

  • Booking Zoom appointments only

  • Scripted calls and structured workflows

  • Performance-driven role with clear targets

Working hours: UK or US business hours

Important

  • Location: Umhlanga, Durban

  • Full-time, in-office roles

  • You must be able to commute reliably.

Video Recording (Mandatory)

This is a non-negotiable requirement.
